Job Description:
As an outside sales representative at Yokly, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities within the designated territory. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, communicate the value of Yokly's virtual assistant services, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
Present and demonstrate Yokly's virtual assistant services effectively to potential clients
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
Requirements:
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the technology or service industry
Fluent in both English and Korean with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
