Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager, bilingual in Korean and English, to oversee our accounting department. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and integrity of our multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting for our restaurant chain.Manage and consolidate financial statements for multiple locations.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.Supervise and mentor accounting staff and team members.
Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.10+ years in corporate accounting, including full cycle accounting.3+ years in a supervisory role, able to lead a team independently without external CPA firm assistance.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.Experience in financial consolidation is a plus.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Must be eligible to work in the US.Korean & English bilingual proficiency is mandatory.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
