JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate opening for the position of Full Time Book Keeper/Accounts Receivable and we are looking for a person to join our team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks online.
2. Enter data, maintain records, and create reports.
3. Create invoices for clients for the company's services.
4. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book.
5. Research and respond to vendor and clients’ inquiries.
6. Process AR/AP in a timely manner.
7. Call AR lists for payments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in QUICKBOOKS.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in ACCOUNTING.
3. Data entry skills, detailed oriented and solid understanding of accounting principles.
4. Proficiency in English and MS OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, etc.).
5. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
6. Tech-savvy, and follow-through tasks.
7. Multi-tasking, driven, and able to work independently.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
