JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate opening for the position of Full Time Office Assistant/Accounts Receivable and we are looking for a person to join our team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contacts and coordinates with the clients and/or client's CPA on all the documents and information required to do estimation related to tax savings/benefits.
2. Provide data entry and administrative work for the sales team
3. Maintain files.
4. Assist Sales and Customer Service Manager.
5. Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and documentation on a timely basis according to company policies and procedures
6. Collect payments on past-due accounts.
7. Maintains historical records plus payments by filing documents
8. Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have an Associate degree and/or bachelor’s degree
2. Must have at least 3 years of working experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Adept phone communication and customer service
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet research
6. Must be detail oriented and a fast learner
7. High level of professionalism, motivated, and goal oriented
8. Strong organizational and planning skills
9. Able to multi-task, able to perform with minimal supervision
