Job Description:
As a Construction Site supervisor, you will play avital role in overseeing and coordinating various activities at theconstruction site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all constructionoperations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance withregulatory requirements. Working closely with the construction team and projectmanagers, you will be the on-site representative responsible for smooth projectexecution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Monitor and superviseconstruction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications,and safety guidelines.
2. Quality Control: Implement quality assuranceprocedures to maintain construction standards and ensure that work meets therequired quality criteria.
3. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence tosafety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safeworking environment.
4. Resource Management: Coordinate the allocationand utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, tooptimize construction productivity.

6. Problem-solving: Address anyconstruction-related challenges that arise and collaborate with the team tofind practical solutions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords of construction activities, site reports, and safety inspections.

Requirements:
• A degree in Architectural Engineering,Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverseteams and maintain a positive working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability tochanging project requirements.
• Familiarity with software and tools such asAuto-Cad, BIM Revit is a plus.
