CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Web/Tradeshow order processing, follow up with buyers

• Communicate and respond to customer’s phone calls/emails/messages

• Fashion Go/Ecommerce platforms experience preferred but not required

• Must be organized, multi-faceted, and have excellent customer service skills

• Must be fluent in English
