We are currently seeking an experienced Freezer and Cooler Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations and logistics of our frozen and refrigerated goods storage facility. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. The Freezer and Cooler Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring proper storage conditions, and managing a team of warehouse staff.

General Accountabilities

• Oversee all aspects of the freezer and cooler warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of frozen and refrigerated products.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and general warehouse staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of products, and efficient workflow.
• Conduct performance evaluations, address any performance issues, and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counts, product rotation, and quality checks to minimize product waste and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate inventory levels, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory requirements for frozen and refrigerated products.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of freezer and cooler equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and repair technicians to promptly address any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions, such as temperature and humidity levels, to preserve product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
• Must be eligible to work in USA
• English and Korean bilingual
• At least one year of warehouse experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a freezer and cooler environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, warehouse operations, and logistics procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and quality assurance standards for frozen and refrigerated products.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Has the ability to function under stressful conditions and interact cordially with co-workers.
• Ability to perform unit measures, conversion calculations and other mathematical calculations reasonably necessary to satisfactorily perform job duties.
• Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds.
