JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for assisting and working closely with senior managerial staff and sales manager to provide administrative support.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contacts and coordinates with the clients and/or client’s CPA on all the documents and information required to do estimation related to tax savings/benefits
2. Assist in accounts receivables for collection efforts
3. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have an Associate degree and/or bachelor’s degree
2. Must have at least 3 years of working experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Adept phone communication and customer service
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet research
6. Must be detail oriented and a fast learner
7. High level of professionalism, motivated, and goal oriented
8. Strong organizational and planning skills
9. Able to multi-task, able to perform with minimal supervision
