- Experience is not required but preferred
- (Must be fluent in Korean and English
- Must be legal to work in U.S
- Excellent Verbal / Written communication skills
- Comfortable with using the phone and possess excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent follow-up skills with clients and government agencies
- Process files in a professional manner
