Full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative for Online Solar Platform

Job Location: Torrance, CA
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm or 9am–6pm (1 hour lunch time included)
* Occasionally, you may need to work remotely for brief periods to coordinate
with our headquarters in Korea.
Salary: USD 50,000 – 60,000 / year

Join Our Team:
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle inquires and support our Energy Planner members and potential clients. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and stellar service, apply now to be a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will span both administrative and customer-facing tasks, and it requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to renewable energy.
Sales & Outreach: Engage with potential clients through in-person visits, presentations, and webinars to introduce Energy Planner’s services and benefits.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with billing and maintenance.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads, understand customer needs, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Product Demonstration: Conduct online and in-person demonstrations to showcase how Energy Planner simplifies solar project management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in solar energy or customer service is a plus).
- Ability to speak conversational Korean is a plus.
- General knowledge of the solar energy industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for scheduling and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Note:
- Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
- Comprehensive training on Energy Planner will be provided before the official start.
- There is a three-month probationary period, after that, it will be converted to regular employment based on mutual agreement.
